INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAPER PRESENTATIONS
- The registration fee is required for participants whose papers have been accepted for presentation at the Conference.
- A paper may be presented by one of its authors, provided that the registration fee has been paid.
- Papers that are not presented will not be included in the IT 2026 Proceedings.
- Papers written in English and accepted for publication in the IEEE Xplore digital library will appear in the Proceedings only as an abstract.
- Each paper must be presented in 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions and answers.
- Authors may present their papers and attend the Conference via the Zoom video conferencing system.
- Access links are available on the Conference website under "Sections schedule". Each section has its own link.
- The presenting author must join the corresponding Zoom session 10 minutes before the section begins and contact the session chair.
- Authors who have chosen the poster section are responsible for printing their posters and bringing them to the venue. The recommended poster size is A0 (portrait orientation). Posters must be mounted at least 30 minutes before the start of the poster session. Mounting materials (pins/tape) will be provided by the Conference. The presenting author must be present at the poster during the scheduled session to discuss the work with attendees and answer questions. If the poster is not presented, the paper may be excluded from the conference proceedings.
- Authors are strongly advised to send a scanned copy of the registration fee payment confirmation. Bank-to-bank communication may be delayed, and we may not receive timely confirmation otherwise.

The deadline for submissions has been extended

We are pleased to invite you to the 30th international scientific and professional conference INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY 2026.
We inform you that, at the request of the authors of the papers, the deadline for submission of papers has been extended to January 25, 2026.
Accepted papers can be presented in the oral or poster section. Papers can also be presented online through the ZOOM application.
We expect your participation in the upcoming Conference.
We invite the academic, professional, and general public to follow the Conference's activities in person and online via videoconference access links available on the Conference's official website.

30th International Information Technology Conference IT 2026
The jubilee 30th International Conference INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES 2026 will be held from 24 to 28 February 2026 in Podgorica and Žabljak. The ceremonial academy on the occasion of the jubilee will be held in Podgorica on 24 February, and the working part of the conference will take place from 25 to 28 February in Žabljak. The Conference will feature lectures and round-table discussions on trends in the development of information and communication technologies worldwide, as well as current events in this field in Montenegro. In agreement with the Conference Organizing Committee, interested institutions may organize presentations of their scientific-research, professional, development, and production projects and achievements.
Authored papers submitted for presentation will be peer-reviewed and selected based on the complete paper. Papers should be prepared according to the instructions, which can be downloaded here: Instructions.doc.
Accepted papers written in English will be proposed for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, provided they meet the scope and quality requirements of IEEE Xplore, while other papers will be published in the IT conference proceedings.
Papers are submitted via Microsoft’s CMT system, which can be accessed through the “Paper submission” item in the menu. If you do not have an account on the Microsoft CMT system, you can create one via the same link.
